I only recieved 2 of the 3 boxes that were suppose to be delivered. I emailed them and also went on the live chat. They didnt get back with you till 4 hours latter with questions that you all ready told them in the chat. Next day not till end of the day they respond again with same questions. They wanted pictures of what I recieved witch I sent last night. All day here it is 445pm and I got no response. 5 days latter I am still missing half my bed and have no answer on what's going on. Yet they take my money every week with no issues.
I placed an order. Over $500 worth of stuff. For one, they charge for shipping and secondly they take forever to ship anything. I had already made 3 payments on the item before it even got delivered to me. That's how long it takes. They need to do away with charging for shipping when you spend a certain amount. Secondly, money shouldn't be pulled from my account until they have confirmation that the item has been delivered. I didn't even know if the item was in good condition or not so they need to stop doing that. Don't waste your money here.

HORRIBLE. BUGGED ME AND BUGGED ME THEN DENIED ME. Sent me hundreds of emails trying to get me to use them, I go ahead and decide to then they say "Can not approve this purchase at this time" No credit check no hassles ids their policy. Well if they denied me they check something. What a SCAM!
I did everything I was supposed to and its been 3 business days and still no response sent the pictures and return form on May 7th 202, sending a return label should not take this long. I just want what I paid for... and still paying for. Its been over a month beginning with my first purchase. I actually called and spoke with a customer service rep from Ryzerobotics and tried to trouble shoot the problem over the phone they are in CA. I was told I could send it to them and they would replace it for me or I could sent it back to you my thoughts were since this was the second one that you would be a little more compassionate and understanding and at least send me a return label in a timely manner but I see that's not the case. This was a birthday present for my son they know this and still nothing.
Being young and stupid with my finances got me into a pickle. But, I'm slowly working my way out of the hole I dug and PerPay has allowed me to be slightly more fiscally responsible than I have in the past while I get to enjoy some great new items without having to wait. Perpay allows me to purchase items like on a layaway program, but instead of the items collecting dust in the back bin of a store, I get to use them immediately (upon delivery of course). They have high end and big brand name products and they typically will order them from a reputable store like Best Buy but they also use a 3rd party fulfillment center that has questionable shipping/storage procedures but it isn't a deal breaker.
Perpay makes their money on over pricing items by about 30-50% on top (if an item costs $300 at Best Buy, they will charge $430-$450 for the same exact item on their site), and they over charge for shipping (every thing has a shipping cost even if you purchase multiple items in a single order). But, they are floating the cost of the items up front and you essentially pay them back over time, so I get that they have to make their money somewhere.
Their site is slow, usually has only 1 image of the item and the description, if provided, is ripped right from the site they are ordering from, again think item description from Best Buy but smashed into a paragraph on their site. I usually have to locate the item on another website to get multiple images of what the item looks like and to get a more detailed description and/or video. Their app is basically a mobile version of their website and it's just as bad.
As for customer service, they are atrocious. It takes days to get a response and even then it's difficult to get someone to respond, even if you respond immediately to an email, within 24 hours. Conversations take forever. They have done right by me though. I had a damaged in transit item that they replaced (The replacement was at my door within 48hrs (I think I was extremely lucky)), but remember I mentioned the 3rd party vendor for some items? Well, both times I've ordered from them and the item was from that 3rd party vendor, the item had come damaged. Even the replacement was cosmetically damaged. But they did right by us and got me replacement items without much fuss. Returns are a pain in the butt and I can't blame them since they are trying to hold the 3rd party vendor accountable and the 3rd party vendor just isn't having it. So, I've had to play middle man a few times. It comes with the territory and I realize they are no Amazon.
While this site has it's issues, I feel that they offer a service that has helped me get the items I wanted/needed without much fuss. I've been using them for over a year and I will continue to use for their convenience.
So super mad right now I ordered an x box and got AirPods. How can such a mistake be made. No w I have to wait till Monday to get a response super super unhappy. If I don't get a response Monday I will be reporting to BBB
I am dissatisfied. I ordered an item 3 weeks ago and have still not gotten my product. Ive now asked for a refund and cancel my order because they are jot holding up on their end. I dont understand how they are able to take money from you but not produce a product... will NOT Deal with them again

Is this company legit,i got approved for $1000 limit,i already seen what i want but im skeptical about letting them take money from my paycheck.i seen more negative reviews then positive ones.i need feedback before i make this move.should i go for it or not? ????
For those of you complaining about their prices. You had the choice to buy or NOT to buy. You knew the price before you bought. You can't decided to buy at a price then complain the company charges too much.. SERIOUSLY IT MAKES U LOOK STUPID.. you don't buy if u aren't ok with the price.. SMH.. I haven't bought anything my issue was trying to be sure you get your purchase shortly after the 1st payment as they said and they take the proper amount on the right date for the remaining # of payments and purchased items are what they claim they are..
I purchased a computer through them in December 2020, I received it and was happy, 4 days later it stopped working, then the only means of contact them for any support is through email, there is no means of speaking with a live person even through there "chat" services, which is a joke! I get the return label, I return the computer, I receive the replacement a few weeks later. Again, excited to get my new computer set up and ready to go. 4 days later yup you guessed it stopped working! Contacted them through their crappy means of communication and 2 weeks later I finally receive a return label, but they are refusing to refund my purchase, they will only give me credit back onto their site, and I now refuse to do business with them ever again!

I am now going on 4 payments for a damn PS5 and I ordered this the FIRST DAY they had this on their site and almost 3 months later STILL NO CONSOLE but they're happy to take your money... Then I'm being told that I'm number 118 in the queue currently. This is BS and this company also charges you DOUBLE what the product actually costs and they need to be shutdown... Price gouging annnnd money stealing f*"*ing love it! About to make that 2 hour drive to their headquarters and its going to be open warfare there shortly... I'm tired of being $#*!ed around by these ass hats...
I have used Perpay a few times and like some of the other reviews stated, they do over charge for a lot of their products. I get it that it’s a business and they need to make a profit, however, there are competitors such as Afterpay that offer the same service, with several stores that you can ship from
Directly and make affordable ***interest free*** payments.
With that being said, the fact that Perpay charges more for their items isn’t even the main issue I have. For me personally, I feel as though their app is very poorly designed. The items only have one pic, at one angle and very limited product information. Also, when shopping, if you try to go back, it takes you the first page which can be very frustrating.
